Dehradun, Uttarakhand, experienced a cloudburst on Mionday night that led to extensive flooding. Streets were submerged, vehicles were swept away, and significant property damage occurred. Continuous heavy rainfall caused rivers such as the Sahastradhara, Chandrabhaga, and Tamsa to swell, overwhelming the city’s infrastructure and paralysing movement in many areas.
