A red alert has been issued for several districts following intense downpours and two reported cloudbursts in Karsog. Crucial services remain disrupted, with roads blocked, water pipelines affected, and transformers down. The worst-hit areas include Mandi, Sirmaur, and Kullu. Officials have urged residents to remain vigilant while restoration teams are working around the clock to clear blocked roads and restore essential services across the hilly state.
