The results have thrown up many surprises and shocks as is evident from these stats: More than 51 per cent of students have failed in the Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) examination, that was conducted in March 2016!

HBSE result 2016 10th class: The Haryana Board conducted the examinations between March 8, 2016 and March 26, 2016 and over 300,000 students appeared for the exams. For the HBSE 10th Results, a total of 3,17,507 students have appeared out of which only 48.88 per cent passed. Girls have once again outshined boys. The passing percentage of female candidates is 52.62 per cent, whereas, among the male students, only 45.71 per cent succeeded in clearing the exams.

HBSE result 2016 10th class: Interestingly, the rural candidates have scored better in the HBSE 10th result 2016 than their urban counterparts. 50.21 per cent of the students who appeared from villages have passed the examination, whereas, only 47 per cent of the city students succeeded in clearing the exams.

Visit the official websites bseh.org.in or results.nic.in haryana.indiaresults.com/hbse/; STEP 3. On the Haryana State Board home page you will see a link pointing to 'Results'; click on it. It will take students to a page that states 'Secondary Examination Result March 2016 NOW AVAILABLE' click on it. This will take you to the actual page where students can access their results; STEP 4. Enter your roll number or name carefully and click on 'Find Results'; STEP 5. Your class 10 result 2016 will pop up; STEP 6. Download the result; STEP 7. Take print out for future reference.
