He may be the most powerful man in India, but PM Narendra Modi assets include just Rs 4,700 cash in hand, according to the latest details disclosed by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) – disclosures updated till January 30, 2016. However, his total assets have risen steadily, ensuring he retains his crorepati status. Here we list all of PM Modi's assets in 10 points: (PTI)

1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi assets (total) have soared to Rs 1.41 crore – largely due to a residential property that has appreciated by over 25 times since purchase over 13 years ago. (PTI)

These immovable assets of PM Narendra Modi are not 'inherited property' – the disclosure mentions the date of purchase as October 25, 2002. PM Narendra Modi's cost of purchase of these immovable assets has been disclosed as Rs 1,30,488 while the 'investment on the land by way of development construction, etc' has been shown as Rs 2,47,208.
