Senior Congress leader Sheila Dikshit passed away in the national capital on Saturday at the age of 81. Born in 1938, Dikshit served as Chief Minister of Delhi thrice – from 1998 to 2013. The amiable leader also served as Member of Parliament from Kannauj in Uttar Pradesh in 1984.
