Microsoft Corporation puts Outlook.com through major overhaul with new features, UI

While moving its Outlook.com email service over to Office 365, Microsoft is set to bring in several new features along with a new user interface (UI).

While moving its Outlook.com email service over to Office 365, Microsoft Corporation is set to bring in several new features along with a new user interface (UI).

According to The Verge, 13 new themes will be added to the email service along with new features aimed at improving overall email experience like, a function called, Clutter, to sort messages that users ignore into a separate folder, a new search interface that will let users search people they email regularly while searching for content and a Refiners feature to let users filter search results based on sender, folder, date, and attachments.

Other improvements include a link preview for webpage links, or video links from YouTube.
