Vivo has launched a new addition to its T4 lineup in India—the Vivo T4 Ultra. This latest model joins the T4 Series, which already includes the T4 5G and T4x 5G variants. The T4 Ultra features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ quad-curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of up to 5000 nits. It houses a 32MP front-facing autofocus camera within a punch-hole cutout. The device is powered by a fast-charging battery and comes preloaded with Funtouch OS based on Android 15.
Vivo T4 Ultra India price and availability
The Vivo T4 Ultra has a starting price of Rs 37,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Two higher-end variants—12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB—are priced at Rs 39,999 and Rs 41,999, respectively. Customers can choose between two colour options: Meteor Grey and Phoenix Gold.
The smartphone will be available for purchase in India starting June 18 via Flipkart, the official Vivo India online store, and select offline retail outlets. Buyers using SBI, HDFC, or Axis Bank cards can also avail an instant discount of Rs 3,000.

The Vivo T4 Ultra comes equipped with a 6.67-inch quad-curved AMOLED panel offering a 1.5K resolution (1,260 x 2,800 pixels). It supports a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, a 300Hz touch sampling rate, and reaches an impressive local peak brightness of 5,000 nits.
Additional screen features include HDR10+ support, a 2,160Hz PWM dimming rate for eye comfort, and SGS Low Blue Light Certification. At its core, the device is powered by the advanced 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. It runs Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box.
For photography, the T4 Ultra sports a versatile triple rear camera system. This setup includes a 50MP Sony primary sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Sony periscope telephoto shooter. The periscope lens supports 3x optical zoom, 10x telephoto macro zoom, and up to 100x digital zoom. On the front, a 32MP camera handles selfies and video chats with clarity.
The handset packs a 5,500mAh battery with 90W fast wired charging support. Connectivity options include dual nano SIM slots, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi, OTG, GPS with NavIC, and a USB Type-C port. An in-display optical fingerprint sensor offers secure and fast authentication.
