How to pin chats on WhatsApp:
For Android users:
Open WhatsApp and navigate to your chat list.
Find the chat you want to pin, whether it’s with an individual or a group.
Long press the chat you want to pin. You will see a toolbar appear at the top of your screen.
Tap the pin icon that looks like a little pushpin. The chat will instantly move to the top of your list.
For iPhone users:
Open WhatsApp and go to your chat list.
Swipe right on the chat you want to pin (this can be with either a person or a group).
A Pin button will appear—tap it, and the chat will be pinned to the top of your list.
Managing Pinned Chats: Once you’ve pinned a chat, it will remain at the top of your WhatsApp until you decide to unpin it. You can pin up to 3 chats on both Android and iPhone. If you want to unpin a chat, simply follow the same steps and tap Unpin.
