A month after the OnePlus 15, OnePlus is poised to complete its premium smartphone lineup for this year with the OnePlus 15R – the more affordable alternative to the flagship offering. Similar to its predecessor, the ‘R- version of the OnePlus 15 is all about offering top-notch performance at a more accessible price, essentially creating a flagship killer – a genre OnePlus helped to create a decade ago.
Now, just few hours before its official reveal, the expected pricing and full specifications for the OnePlus 15R have reportedly been leaked, indicating a significant performance upgrade and the largest battery ever seen in a OnePlus phone. The device is scheduled to launch in India on December 17 (today), alongside the OnePlus Pad Go 2 – another affordable Android tablet for students and young professionals.
OnePlus 15R India price leaks
According to leaks from tipster Paras Guglani, the OnePlus 15R is expected to be priced slightly higher than its predecessor, the OnePlus 13R. The starting price for the base variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is anticipated to be between Rs 45,999 or Rs 46,999. A higher-end variant with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is expected to retail at Rs 51,999.
Note that these leaked prices reportedly do not include potential launch-day bank offers, which could introduce a further discount of Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000. The handset is expected to be available in Charcoal Black and Minty Green colour options.

For photography enthusiasts, the OnePlus 15R is expected to feature a dual-camera system on the rear, consisting of a 50 MP main lens and an 8 MP ultrawide lens. Crucially, the phone is confirmed to support 4K video recording at 120 frames per second, a capability often reserved for top-tier flagships.
The phone will incorporate a sleek, flat-edged build and may come with IP66 or IP68 dust and water resistance certifications, suggesting enhanced durability for everyday use.
