Harjeet Khanduja, a senior human resources leader with over two decades of experience across multinational corporations, has been named to the CHRO Advisory Panel for the 10th edition of the Great Manager Awards.

The annual awards, conducted in collaboration with the Great Manager Institute, recognise high-performing people managers across Indian industry. This year’s advisory panel includes 50 HR leaders who will contribute to the evaluation and direction of the awards program, which has grown into a key benchmark for managerial capability in the country.

Khanduja, who began his career at Tata Motors in 1996, has held various leadership positions in HR and is known for his involvement in multiple industry and academic forums. Since 2021, he has served as a permanent jury member for the TA Pai Young HR Leader Awards, which sees over 700 applications annually.

His previous jury roles include stints with HR 40 Under 40 by Jombay, the Emerging HR Leaders Award by The Economic Times, and the Eminent Women Leaders Award by HR Success Talk, among others. He has also contributed to business idea competitions like CII Genesis and Reliance Ultimate Pitch, and has reviewed academic research papers and student projects in HR.

Khanduja’s selection to the advisory panel comes as the awards complete a decade of recognising leadership and innovation in people management.
