Akshay Kumar-Twinkle Khanna’s luxurious abodes
Located at Prime Beach, Juhu, this is the family’s primary residence as per several reports. Allegedly worth Rs 80 crore, this beachfront duplex has direct access to Juhu beach, an infinity pool, high-end security, and interiors curated by Twinkle Khanna’s design studio, The White Window.
Interestingly, Astro Architect Neeta Sinha, credited with working with several Bollywood celebrity homes, revealed some interesting facts about Twinkle Khanna. In conversation with financialexpress.com, she shared that small changes to your home can go a long way. She revealed that Twinkle Khanna approached her when she had set out to write Mrs Funnybones. Khanna asked Neeta Sinha, the best spot in her house to start her writing process.
Analysing all the factors, such as her need for creativity, Sinha suggested changing her seating position. Much to her surprise, it actually worked. Sinha shared that Khanna had personally acknowledged the change and shared gratitude towards the energy corrections.
Akshay Kumar also holds multiple units in his Borivali portfolio. However, in July, he sold two adjoining properties for a combined Rs 7 crore. It drew him a profit of nearly 70%, since he purchased the Oberoi Sky City property in 2017. The Housefull actor still holds his luxury villa in Goa.
Twinkle Khanna, also a realtor in California, operates with Intero Real Estate, Bay Area, focusing on high-end home consultancy for Indian and NRI clients. Including the sales and current holdings, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna’s entire real estate portfolio amounts to Rs 250-300 crore.
