Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has recently expanded his real estate holdings with the purchase of a new residential property in the upscale Bella Vista Apartments, located in the affluent Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai. This new acquisition, a ready-to-move-in apartment spanning approximately 1,027 square feet, marks yet another addition to his impressive portfolio of properties in this elite neighbourhood.
Aamir Khan’s New Pali Hill Property: The Cost
According to SquareYards.com, Aamir Khan, whose net worth is estimated at Rs 1,862 crore by the Times of India, bought this new apartment for Rs 9.75 crore. The purchase was finalized on June 25, 2024, and included a stamp duty payment of Rs 58.5 lakh. As reported by the Indian Express, Khan now owns 9 out of the 24 units in Bella Vista Apartments. In addition, he owns several units in the adjacent Marina Apartments, both of which are set for redevelopment.
Aamir Khan’s Real Estate Portfolio
This latest purchase adds to Aamir Khan’s already substantial real estate portfolio. Besides his holdings in Bella Vista and Marina Apartments, the actor owns an apartment on Carter Road in Mumbai, a farmhouse in Panchgani, and multiple properties in Uttar Pradesh. According to DNA India, Khan also owns a luxurious mansion in Los Angeles, USA, valued at Rs 75 crore.
Aamir Khan’s Upcoming Projects
On the professional front, Aamir Khan was last seen in “Laal Singh Chaddha,” which did not perform as expected at the box office. He made a special appearance in “Salaam Venky” alongside Kajol. After taking a brief hiatus from acting, Khan is set to return in “Sitaare Zameen Par,” co-starring Genelia Deshmukh and Darsheel Safary, directed by RS Prasanna and scheduled for a Christmas 2025 release. This film will compete at the box office with Varun Dhawan’s “Baby John.”
Aamir Khan is also producing “Lahore 1947” under his production banner, Aamir Khan Productions. The film, directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi, features Sunny Deol in the lead role, with Khan making a cameo appearance, as reported by the Times of India.
