Porsche India clocks its best-ever performance with 914 vehicles sold in 2023, to add new showrooms in Pune and Hyderabad

Porsche India recorded the highest number of Taycan deliveries to date, handing over the keys to 113 EVs during the year.

German sports car and luxury brand Porsche India has recorded its best retail year since its inception by selling 914 new vehicles in 2023. This represents 17 percent growth compared to 2022, and a 64 percent increase the year prior.

Interestingly, concluding a year that celebrated 75 Years of Porsche at the Festival of Dreams, Porsche India recorded the highest number of Taycan deliveries to date, handing over the keys to 113 EVs during the year while also maintaining its legacy sports coupe clientele with a record 65 deliveries of the iconic 911 in the same period.

Manolito Vujicic, Brand Director, Porsche India said, “2023 was another strong year for Porsche India where sales of every model played a significant factor in our encouraging result. It sets a good benchmark for 2024 which will see several new products being launched, as well as further expansion to our retail network as part of our unwavering dedication to providing the best possible customer experience.”

Furthermore, as part of its expansion plans the company is scheduled to open new dealerships in Pune and Hyderabad in the first half of the year. Last year it inaugurated 5 facilities in 5 days in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai, boosting its total network to 8 facilities.

Additionally, Porsche India hosted regional and international media along with customers for a unique overnight Cayenne Drive Experience, as well as setting new lap records for both a production car and an EV at the Buddh International Circuit. Porsche India also hosted 45 customers at the Porsche Ice Experience in Levin, Finland and will repeat the adventure for customers in the coming months.
