KPR Mill Q3 Results Live Updates: Textiles continue to drive growth, says Elara Securities

Elara Securities said, “KPR Mill’s (KPR IN) Q3 performance was a miss on revenue, EBITDA and PAT by 5.5%, 13.1% and 10.1% YoY respectively. The subdued sugar segment hit overall profitability, led by an EBIT decline of 64.4% to Rs 188mn. This was offset by strong performance in the textiles segment, led by higher volumes in both yarn and garments and improved YoY profitability. Adjusting for textile and sugar segment’s volumes in Q3 performance and assuming higher garment capex in FY27 (against FY26 earlier), we slightly pare FY25E, FY26E and FY27E earnings estimates by 0.6%, 1.6% and 1.8%, respectively. We maintain our positive stance as KPR is a strong play on India’s garment export theme with a robust balance sheet.”

Q3 Results Live Updates: Asian Paints reported a weak Q3FY25, says MOFSL

Motilal Oswal Financial Services said, “Its consolidated/standalone revenue declined 6%/8% YoY (in line). Domestic volume inched up 1.6% YoY. Weak industry demand, downtrading, a subdued festive season, and rising competition adversely impacted the growth. The impact of last year’s price cuts (3%) continued to drag value growth despite a 1% price hike in Q2FY25. The decorative paints industry saw a 4-5% decline in Q3. International business delivered 5% revenue growth (17% in CC terms). We remain cautious about both value growth and margin for FY26. Despite a correction in the stock, demand and competitive pressures still hover around earnings.”
