Launched alongside the CBR650R, the CB650R is a Neo Sports Cafe inspired motorcycle. Just like its faired sibling, the CB650R is being sold exclusively through Honda BigWing TopLine dealerships which are present in only a handful of states right now. The bike will remind many people of the smaller CB300R and shares design cues with the same. Its round LED headlamp, muscular fuel tank and compact tail look very reminiscent of the smaller single-cylinder motorcycle. Powering the CB650R is the same 650cc four-cylinder engine that is also seen in the CBR650R and it makes 85.8hp and 57.5Nm of torque. The gearbox is also the same 6-speed unit with a slip and assist clutch. Dual-channel ABS, switchable traction control, a digital instrument cluster, 180 section rear tyre, and a preload-adjustable telescopic fork at front and monoshock at the rear are available with this middleweight motorcycle. The instrument console shows information like gear position, dual trip meters, average fuel consumption, water temperature, gear shift indicator and more.

Honda CB650R Braking and Safety

Just like the Honda CBR650R, the CB650R comes with twin 310mm disc brakes up front along with a single 240mm disc brake at the rear. A dual-channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) is offered as standard with the motorcycle for added safety and a more effective braking. Furthermore, the bike comes with a full LED headlamp set up that offers better illumination than a conventional unit.

Honda CB650R comes with a 15.4-litre fuel tank and can deliver a mileage of 20-25kmpl. But you can expect a range of close to 350 km once you fill the tank up to its brim and are riding in a sedate manner.
