Honda's workhorse, the Unicorn, recently received a BS6 overhaul. The motorcycle got mechanical upgrades in the form of a 162.7cc, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine with a 5-speed transmission. The 2020 Unicorn's engine generates 12.5hp of power and 14Nm of torque. Other notable changes are an increase in ground clearance by 8mm and a 24mm longer seat. The Honda Unicorn is available in a single variant and three colours. The BS6 Unicorn is priced at Rs 93,593, ex-showroom.

    The BS6 Honda Unicorn doesn't get any changes in terms of styling and design. The new iteration of the commuter motorcycle though gets an increased ground clearance of 8mm and a 24mm longer seat. Dimensionally, it measures 2081mm in length, 756mm in width, 1103mm in height and has a 1335m wheelbase. It has a kerb weight of 140kg.

    For a comfortable ride, a 24mm longer seat is on offer on the Honda Unicorn. The suspension duties are taken care off by a telescopic fork at the front and a rear mono-shock. The new model gets 18-inch alloy wheels and comes with Honda's low resistance tubeless tyre at the rear for better fuel efficiency.
