Tata Motors
At Tata Motors, Group CFO PB Balaji will take over as the new CEO of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) starting November 2025, replacing Adrian Mardell. Balaji has been with the Tata Group since 2017 and has decades of experience in both auto and consumer sectors.
IndusInd Bank
IndusInd Bank has confirmed the appointment of Rajiv Anand as its next Managing Director and CEO. His three-year term will begin on August 25, 2025, after getting the nod from the Reserve Bank of India.
Kaynes Technology
Electronics component maker Kaynes Technology is looking to expand in a big way. Its subsidiary, Kaynes Circuits, has signed a non-binding MoU with the Tamil Nadu government, planning to invest nearly Rs 5,000 crore over the next six years.
The money will go into setting up new manufacturing plants including greenfield facilities and capacity expansion projects within the state. The MoU also opens up discussions for state support in the form of subsidies and incentives under Tamil Nadu’s industrial policy.
DLF
Real estate company DLF clocked in strong numbers this quarter. Its net profit rose 16.5% YoY to Rs 762.6 crore. But what really stood out was its revenue, which nearly doubled to Rs 2,716 crore, compared to Rs 1,423 crore in the same quarter last year.
BEML
State-run BEML secured a fresh order from the Ministry of Defence to supply 8×8 high mobility vehicles, valued at Rs 282 crore. The order comes shortly after the company reported a 12% rise in net profit to Rs 287.5 crore for Q4FY25. Revenue rose 9.1% year-on-year to Rs 1,652.5 crore.
Aurobindo Pharma
Aurobindo Pharma reported a 10.2% drop in net profit to Rs 824.2 crore, missing both revenue and profit estimates. Although revenue was up 4% year-on-year, it still came in below projections. Operating profit remained nearly flat.
Sona BLW
A few companies struggled with expectations this quarter. Auto parts maker Sona BLW saw its profit fall 12.2% YoY to Rs 124.7 crore, while revenue dropped slightly to Rs 854 crore, missing analyst estimates.
Delta Corp
Delta Corp, which runs casinos and hospitality businesses, saw a 36% increase in net profit to Rs 29.4 crore. Revenue ticked up modestly to Rs 184.7 crore. But operational performance took a hit, EBITDA dropped over 16%, and margins slid from 26.6% to 21.4%.
Key earnings to watch today
A host of companies across sectors are set to announce their quarterly results todaty. Key names include Bharti Airtel, Adani Ports, Lupin, Britannia, Alembic Pharma, Berger Paints, Exide Industries, Gujarat Gas, Gland Pharma, Torrent Power, and more.
Real estate players like Prestige Estates, NCC, and Keystone Realtors will also report their numbers, along with Bharti Hexacom, Container Corporation, Aarti Surfactants, and Jindal Saw.
