TCS

India’s largest IT services company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has announced a major joint venture with global private equity firm TPG to build a network of advanced AI and sovereign data centres across the country. The two partners will together infuse about Rs 18,000 crore in equity into HyperVault AI Data Centre Ltd, a newly formed TCS subsidiary that will lead the project.

Anil Ambani group stocks

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) said it has provisionally attached assets worth more than Rs 1,452 crore as part of its ongoing investigation into companies linked to businessman Anil Ambani’s Reliance Group. The attachment under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) includes properties inside Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City (DAKC) and Millennium Business Park in Navi Mumbai, along with assets in Pune, Chennai and Bhubaneswar. The case remains under investigation.

Reliance Group issued a clarification after the ED attached fresh assets in connection with an alleged money laundering probe involving Anil Ambani and his companies. The group said it has no links with Reliance Communications, the entity whose assets were attached. “The attached assets belong to Reliance Communications, which has not been a part of the Reliance Group since 2019,” a Reliance Group spokesperson said in a statement.

Max Financial

Max Ventures Investment Holdings is planning to offload a 0.46% stake in Max Financial Services through a large block deal. The deal, worth up to Rs 270 crore, has a floor price of Rs 1,675.7 per share, which is slightly lower than the previous closing price. This move comes at a time when Max Financial reported a sharp fall in quarterly profit. The company’s net profit dropped 96% year-on-year, falling to Rs 4.1 crore in the July–September quarter of the financial year 2025–26 (Q2 FY26).

JSW Energy

JSW Energy, part of the JSW Group, announced that lenders have approved its plan to take over Raigarh Champa Rail Infrastructure, a company currently under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The power company received a Letter of Intent from the resolution team on November 19, 2025. This comes months after JSW Energy completed the acquisition of KSK Mahanadi Power Company in March 2025.

Hyundai Motor India

Hyundai Motor India, the domestic arm of South Korea’s Hyundai Motor Company, invested Rs 21.46 crore as a second tranche into FPEL Tamil Nadu (TN) Wind Farm. The company was allotted more than 25.5 lakh shares through a private placement. This infusion follows earlier investments made in June 2025 and November 2024.

Goodluck India

Metal and engineering firm Goodluck India said its defence and aerospace subsidiary has secured an export contract worth USD 6 million. The order is for supplying 155-millimetre M107 ready-to-fill artillery shells, a category used by defence forces.

Saatvik Green Energy

Saatvik Green Energy announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries, has accepted fresh orders worth Rs 177.50 crore. The order comes from a well-known Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) player.

Zaggle

Fintech solutions provider Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has signed a 36-month agreement with fashion retailer BIBA Fashion. Through the deal, Zaggle’s enterprise platform, Zaggle Zoyer, will be implemented across the retailer’s operations.

Marksans Pharma

Pharmaceutical company Marksans Pharma said its UK-based subsidiary, Relonchem Limited, has received approval from the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for its anti-allergy oral solution.
