Stocks to watch on September 23, 2025

KEC International

KEC International, part of RPG Group, announced fresh contracts worth Rs 3,243 crore. The bulk of this comes from its transmission and distribution (T&D) segment. The new business includes 400 kV transmission lines in the UAE and supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas. This marks the company’s largest-ever EPC order to date.

RVNL

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has turned out to be the lowest bidder for a Southern Railway project valued at Rs 145.35 crore. The contract covers traction substations, power quality equipment, SCADA integration, and automatic fault locator systems on the Jolarpettai–Salem section. This project is part of the Mission 3000MT loading plan and is scheduled to be completed in 540 days.

Birla Corp

RCCPL, a subsidiary of Birla Corporation, has been named the preferred bidder for the Guda-Rampur limestone and manganese block in Telangana. The block covers 3.34 sq km in Adilabad district. RCCPL offered a revenue share of 57.10%, which means the state government will receive over half of the mining revenue.

Brigade Enterprises

Brigade Enterprises signed a joint development agreement for a residential project in Banashankari, Bengaluru. Spread over 7.5 acres, the project carries an estimated gross development value of Rs 1,200 crore. Brigade plans to deliver modern, high-quality residential spaces as part of this project.

Suraj Estate

Suraj Estate Developers announced the launch of a residential tower, Suraj Park View 1, in Dadar (West), Mumbai. The project falls under the value luxury segment and has an estimated gross development value of Rs 250 crore. The total saleable carpet area is around 0.53 lakh sq ft. The project is being developed under a redevelopment model.

Alkem Labs

Alkem Laboratories confirmed receiving an order from the GST appellate authority. The order pertains to the period between July 2017 and March 2022 and confirms a GST demand of Rs 35.11 crore. In addition, a penalty of Rs 3.5 crore has been imposed along with applicable interest.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals will hold a board meeting on September 26 to discuss an interim dividend for FY26, the company said through an exchange filing on September 22. If approved, the record date is set for September 30. Shareholders holding equity on that date will be eligible for the dividend payout.
