February 2025 Auto Sales Live: Suzuki domestic sales down
In February 2025, Suzuki registered total sales of 90,206 units. This includes domestic sales of 73,455 units and exports of 16,751 units. The company sold a total of 97,435 units in February 2024, with 83,304 units in the domestic market and 14,131 units in exports. While domestic sales were impacted in February 2025, exports witnessed a 19% growth over the same period last year.

Royal Enfield posted monthly sales of 90,670 motorcycles in February 2025, up by 19% during the same month last year. Royal Enfield exported 9,871 motorcycles during the month as compared to 8,013 during the same period last year.

JSW MG Motor India reported sales of 4,002 units in February 2025. The company’s EV lineup contributed 78% to its total sales during the month. The company also reported that it had retailed 4,956 vehicles to customers in February.
The MG Windsor has increased its market penetration in the Indian passenger electric vehicle segment, and the recent production milestone of 15,000 units attests to its growing popularity among EV buyers.

Motorcycle registered a growth of 5% with sales increasing from 1,84,023 units in February 2024 to 1,92,960 units in February 2025. Scooter registered a growth of 24% with sales increasing from 1,32,152 units in February 2024 to 1,64,415 units in February 2025.

February 2025 Auto Sales Live: Kia sales up 29%
Kia registered total sales of 25,026 units, marking a 23.8% year-on-year (Y-O-Y) increase compared to the 20,200 units sold in February last year. For the carmaker, all its products have been consistent sellers and the company’s also banking on new launches like the Syros and the upcoming Seltos, which has been spotted testing.

Tata Motors has registered a decline of 9 percent in its PV domestic sales in February 2025. The carmaker sold 46,435 units last month compared to selling 51,267 units in Feb 2024. However, Tata’s exports saw a triple-digit growth, registering 596%, having shipped 376 units.

Maruti Suzuki sold a total of 1,60,791 passenger vehicles in the domestic market in February 2025 as compared to selling 160,271 units in February 2024, witnessing a flat growth.
