The Tata Safari Dicor is an SUV manufactured by Tata Motors and is the first one to be designed, developed and manufactured entirely in India. It is a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) which provides ample amount of power and torque for all sorts of terrains. The SUV comes in two diesel variants. The variants are Tata Safari 4X2 LX DICOR BS IV and EX DICOR BS IV. The Tata Safari comes with a 2,179 cc Direct Injection Common Rail diesel engine with a Variable Turbine Technology (VVT) with a five speed manual transmission. In terms of safety, it comes with disc brakes in front with drum brakes at rear, anti-submarine seats, a collapsible steering column, side intrusion beam on all doors, engine immobiliser, central locking and keyless entry. Key features include body coloured bumpers, power steering, alloy wheels and music system with USB, AUX and Bluetooth.

    Tata Safari Dicor

    The Tata Safari comes with a refreshed look with a refurbished chrome grill and chrome treated outer mirrors. It also features ORVM’s with integrated indicators, alloy wheel rims, roof rails, rear spoiler with brake lamp etc. The spare wheel cover at the rear is imposed with a big Tata logo that looks imposing and comes with a Ferrari silver colour. The SUV has a good ground clearance and hence sits very high on the ground. It comes with clear lens headlamps which add to the flair of the vehicle.

    The Tata Safari carries sophistication in its interior colour scheme with Dark graphite and beige and faux wood trim to give a vibrant look to the interior. The Safari comes with a power steering with all power windows. It comes with a heating, ventilation and air conditioning unit (HVAC) which is highly effective and also has rear roof mounted AC. The side view can be electrically adjusted from inside the cabin and it also comes with keyless entry and an electrically remotely operated fuel cap.
