Byju’s 2 US assets sold for a pittance
Byju's, once valued at $22 billion, has faced financial collapse and bankruptcy proceedings in the US. In order to help its US lenders recover a portion of the $1.2 billion term loan, the troubled edtech major has sold its subsidiaries Epic and Tynker for $95 million and $2.2 million respectively. Byju's has also faced legal challenges and has yet to file its financial reports.
