Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS is equipped with projector headlamps with LED daytime running lamps
On the front, the RS gets projector headlamps with LED daytime running lamps, LED tail lamps, integrated turn indicators on the ORVMs (Outside rear View Mirrors) as well as 16-inch alloy wheels
Inside the cabin, the Baleno RS gets a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system compatible with Apple CarPlay, similar to the recently introduced Maruti Suzuki Ignis. For a sporty appeal, the interior also gets an all-black dashboard and black fabric seats.
The Baleno RS is powered by a 1.0 litre, three-cylinder Boosterjet unit that produces 100 hp of power at 5,500 rpm and 150 Nm of torque between 1,700 and 4,500 rpm.
The Boosterjet engine is paired to a 5-speed manual transmission and there is no optional automatic transmission
Stopping power on the Baleno RS will be delivered by discs on all four wheels. In terms of safety, the RS will get ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) with EBD as standard and dual stage airbags.
