Corporate India is bracing up for the next earnings cycle, starting in October. All listed companies are set to announce their second-quarter results in just a couple of weeks from now. The FMCG giant, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), will be declaring its Q2 FY26 results, and the street is abuzz about the interim dividend announcement along with the results.
HUL Q2 FY26 results and dividend
HUL has informed the exchanges, NSE and BSE, regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors, which is scheduled on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
The board will consider and approve unaudited financial results for the reporting quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Plus, the board will consider the payment of an interim dividend (if any), as per an exchange filing.
“…this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors (‘Board Meeting’) of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, inter alia, to consider: – the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the corresponding period…,” said HUL in the filing.
“In view of the above and pursuant to the Share Dealing Code of the Company (‘the Code’), the trading window for dealing in the Company’s shares shall be closed from Monday, September 15, 2025 and re-open on Monday, October 27, 2025. An intimation to this effect shall be sent to the Designated Persons in accordance with the Code,” added HUL.

HUL announced that a presentation will be held for analysts and investors regarding the company’s financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, following the Board Meeting.

The company’s net profit rose 6% year-on-year to Rs 2,768 crore in Q1 FY25, while its revenue increased 5% YoY to Rs 16,323 crore, with volume growth at 4% and underlying sales growth at 5%.
