With air pollution hitting an unprecedented level, here are five electric vehicles within Rs 15 lakh that are available in the market.

With winter season about set in after Diwali, the AQI has crossed the severe level making air pollution touch unprecedented heights in Delhi. The state government has banned BS-4 petrol and BS-4 diesel vehicles plying at the national capital region with odd-even rule set to be enforced after Diwali. This rule will take place from November 13th to 20th. One way to keep a check on the rising air pollution is adopting electric vehicles. Unfortunately, EVs are still in the nascent stage, hence, the options are limited in the mass market. For those who are very serious about owning a zero emission vehicle, we list down the most affordable EVs in the market.
