With sunroofs becoming a popular feature in cars, many vehicles under the Rs 10 lakh bracket get it. From hatchbacks to sub-compact SUVs, sunroofs are key selling factors for cars and here are the top five vehicles with a sunroof under Rs 10 lakh.

Tata Altroz
The Tata Altroz is the most affordable hatchback with a sunroof in India under Rs 10 lakh. The Tata Altroz is also one of the best-looking hatchbacks on sale, and prices start at Rs 6.64 lakh, ex-showroom. The Altroz is powered by an 87bhp 1.2-litre petrol engine or an 89bhp 1.5-litre diesel engine. Tata also offers a CNG option, while there is also a sportier Racer version of the Tata Altroz.
Hyundai Exter
The next vehicle on the list is the Exter, Hyundai’s answer to the Punch. Available with an 82bhp 1.2-litre petrol engine, the Exter’s prices start at Rs 6.12 lakh ex-showroom, the same as the Tata Punch, and is also available in CNG versions. The Exter with a sunroof costs Rs 8.23 lakh, around Rs 11,000 less than the equivalent Punch version.
Tata Punch
The Tata Punch is small, feature-loaded, and is the best-seller for Tata Motors. The micro SUV is priced at Rs 6.12 lakh onwards, ex-showroom and the variant that gets the sunroof option is priced at Rs 8.34 lakh onwards. Also, the Punch is available in petrol, CNG, and as an all-electric version, catering to a wider customer base.
Hyundai i20
Next up is another Hyundai, the i20 hatchback. The i20 is well-equipped for a hatchback, and prices start at Rs 7.04 lakh, ex-showroom. The Hyundai i20 Sportz(O) variant onwards gets the sunroof option, and prices start at Rs 8.72 lakh, ex-showroom. The Hyundai i20 is powered by an 82bhp 1.2-litre petrol engine or an 87bhp unit.
Mahindra XUV 3X0
The fifth vehicle on the list is the newly launched Mahindra XUV 3XO, which, in essence, is the facelifted version of the XUV300. The Mahindra XUV 3XO’s prices start from Rs 7.49 lakh ex-showroom onwards, while the variant with a sunroof costs Rs 8.99 lakh ex-showroom, making it the most affordable sub-4 metre SUV in the segment.
