Tata Nexon is one of the most popular subcompact SUVs in the country. Along with petrol, diesel, and fully electric powertrain, Tata Motors also offers the Nexon with a factory-fitted CNG kit as well. Tata introduced the CNG-powered Nexon earlier in September 2024 at a starting price of Rs 8.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
Now, the homegrown car manufacturer has launched a new special Dark Edition version of Nexon iCNG. This Dark Edition of Nexon CNG is available in three trims: Creative + S, Creative + PS and Fearless + PS. which are priced between Rs 12.70 lakh and Rs 14.70 lakh (ex-showroom).

Tata Nexon iCNG Red Dark Edition: Features & Specs
The Red Dark edition variants are priced Rs 20,000 higher than the corresponding petrol trims of regular CNG-powered Nexon. It gets the same visual treatment as the rest of the Dark Edition range from Tata Motors. This includes an all-black carbon exterior paint and wheels sprinkled with red accents that give the car a very sporty appearance.
Inside the cabin as well, the Nexon iCNG Red Dark Edition receives red leatherette upholstery, red stitching, and piano black interior trims to spruce up the interiors. The Nexon CNG Red Dark boasts a premium feature set, including a 10.2-inch infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, ventilated seats, and a panoramic sunroof. It also offers wireless convenience with charging, Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, and a 360-degree camera, and a JBL 8-speaker system.
Powering the Nexon iCNG Red Dark Edition is a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine which kicks out a detuned output of 99 bhp and 170 Nm of torque. Like the standard CNG variants, the Nexon iCNG Red Dark Edition is only available with a 6-speed manual transmission.
