Skoda has introduced the latest addition to the sportline series- the Superb Sportline. The car possesses an athletic design and is available as a hatch or combi estate, with all powertrain options. Built on 18-inch anthracite wheels, its gloss back exterior combined with redesigned Sportline badges on the front wings add to its dynamic appeal. The vehicle is also equipped with progressive steering and LED rear lights with animated indicators.
Superb Sportline: Design
Like the previous Skoda Sportline models, the grille surround, window frames, wing mirrors, front-apron trim, the roof rails on the Combi estate and the Skoda lettering at the rear are embellished in metallic black over its gloss-back body. Besides the 18-inch polished Vela aero wheels with matt-black Aero covers, the other options available include 19-inch silver Aniara aero wheels with matt-black aero covers and 19-inch black Torcular wheels.
The Superb Sportline also offers two interior feature options to choose from- the Suedia Sport Design Selection and the Suite Sport Design Selection. Both the interior design options offer heated front sports seats with integrated head restraints and manually adjustable cushion lengths. The roof lining is designed in black with the decorative strips on the dashboard and the door trims having a carbon-effect finish. The stainless steel pedal covers along with the three-spoke sports steering wheel upholstered in leather with black stitching and the Sportline logo add to the athletic touch.
Superb Sportline: Engine
The Superb Sportline equipment can be paired with a range of engine options: the 110 kW four-cylinder 1.5 TSI, the turbo 2.0 TDI with 147.5 bhp or 190 bhp, or the petrol 2.0 TSI delivering 261 bhp.Â

The Superb Sportline also offers several comfort features such as the KESSY Advanced, which plays a keyless entry role with an automatic locking and unlocking function. The rear and rear-side windows are SunSet tinted to ensure that the car interiors remain cool during summer. The acoustic side windows at the front and the rear are laminated to reduce noise levels within the vehicle.
Moreover, the sports chassis is lowered by 15mm and the DCC Sports option is also available along with progressive steering. The car is also equipped with a coming/leaving home option as well as an electric tailgate along with a virtual pedal. The 10-inch virtual cockpit comes with Sportline-specific graphics and a free-standing 10-inch infotainment screen. The interiors also provide ambient lighting options.
