IT services company, LTIMindtreeannounced an interim dividend of Rs 22 per equity share of face value Rs 1 each for the financial year 2025–26. The company’s Board of Directors approved the dividend at its meeting held on October 16, 2025, alongside the declaration of its second-quarter results.

“The interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days of declaration to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or in the list of Beneficial Owners provided by the depositories as on Friday, October 24, 2025, being the record date fixed for this purpose,” LTIMindtree said in its regulatory filing.

The company has fixed October 24, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the interim dividend. The payment will be completed within 30 days of declaration, in line with regulatory requirements. This continues LTIMindtree’s practice of timely distribution to shareholders, reflecting its strong balance sheet and consistent cash generation.

Shares of LTIMindtree ended at Rs 5,605.10 on the BSE on Thursday, down Rs 7.50 or 0.13% from the previous close.

LTIMindtree Q2FY26 earnings 

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, LTIMindtree reported consolidated revenue of Rs 10,394.3 crore, up 5.6% quarter-on-quarter from Rs 9,840.6 crore in Q1FY26. Net profit rose 10.1% sequentially to Rs 1,401.1 crore from Rs 1,254.1 crore, while EBIT grew 17% to Rs 1,648.1 crore.

Operating margins improved to 15.9%, compared with 14.3% in the previous quarter. Earnings per share stood at Rs 47.28. The company also recorded total income of Rs 10,694.7 crore for the quarter, with profit before tax at Rs 1,879.2 crore.

Segment-wise, BFSI remained the largest contributor with revenue of Rs 3,762.8 crore, followed by Manufacturing & Resources at Rs 2,026.5 crore, and Consumer Business at Rs 1,619.9 crore.
