QAI Global Institute (www.qaiglobalinstitute.com), the workforce development division of QAI (www.qaiglobal.com) organizes IT Service Management Leadership Awards 2010 at the 5th International Colloquium on IT Service Management (ITSM 2010) on 6th September 2010, Hotel Le Meridien, Bangalore. For this year’s awards, Infosys, Logica, TCS, Unisys Global Services, ITC Infotech, Patni Computer Services, BMC Software, Microland, Honeywell Technology Solutions, TESCO HSC, are shortlisted. The Awards Committee will be announcing the Leadership Awards at the colloquium.

This year’s colloquium has received overwhelming response from the industry with over 120 delegates already registered and support and sponsorship from leading global accreditation and certification bodies like BCS, APMG, TUV-SUD, leading ITSM tool vendor ZOHO Corporation and Dataquest and CIOL as media and online media partners, along with various Software Process Improvement Networks (SPINs), for the event.

Fifth in the series, ITSM 2010 is built on the theme of ?Let?s Grow – Perspective: Service Management?, in order to enhance and accelerate the growth of ITSM best practices in India by exchanging, learning and sharing them.
