Mahindra has launched the new AX5 Select (AX5 S) variant for the XUV700, starting at Rs 16.89 lakh (ex-showroom). This new variant aims to make luxury accessible to a wider audience at this price point.

The XUV700 AX5 Select variant offers a line-up of features, including a skyroof, dual 10.25-inch screens, push-button Start/Stop, and a 7-seater configuration. Safety features include dual front airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, and rear parking sensors.
The engine configuration remains the same, as they continue to be powered either by a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine or a 2.2-litre turbo diesel engine. The former makes 197bhp while the diesel is available in two states of tune, either with 154bhp or with 184bhp. Gearbox choices include a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic.
