Maruti Suzuki, India’s top carmaker, will debut in the three-row EV market with its new YMC electric MPV. The company aims to maintain its lead in the people-mover segment by entering the EV space. The YMC, launching in 2026, will share components with the eVitara and focus on family buyers before expanding to fleet use. Rivals like BY are also vying for the three-row EV market.
