Mahindra Thar Roxx launch is around the corner and new details are emerging daily. Recent spy images have unveiled the five-door Thar Roxx cabin showcasing the front and the rears along with the dashboard layout. Mahindra has confirmed that the Thar Roxx will be unveiled on August 15.
Mahindra Thar Roxx cabin: What to expect?
Mahindra has spruced up the dashboard with a 10.25-inch display, which is an upgrade from the current 7-inch one in the three-door Thar. Based on the spy images the Thar Roxx gets an analogue instrument cluster and a single-panel sunroof, but this is a mid-level trim as the top version is expected to get a panoramic sunroof. The Thar Roxx is expected to get a dual-zone climate control like the one in the 3X0. The Thar Roxx also gets a new white-coloured upholstery as the three-door version comes with all-black interiors. The Thar Roxx will be equipped with front-ventilated seats and a three-spoke steering wheel from the XUV 700.

The spy images show an armrest in front and for the rear passengers. All the seats get adjustable headrests and three-point seat belts. The five-door Thar Roxx also gets roof-mounted speakers tucked in the D-pillar.
Mahindra Thar Roxx cabin: Engine Specifications
Like its three-door avatar, the Thar Roxx will be available in three powertrains — 1.5-litre diesel, the 2.2-litre diesel and the 2-litre petrol. The entry-level 1.5-litre is expected to be only available with a manual gearbox and rear-wheel-drive system. The other two engines will have a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
