Kia Sonet Facelift: Interiors
Not many details have been revealed about the 2024 Sonet’s cabin, but based on reports, it will get a new upholstery colour combination, an updated infotainment system and a digital instrument console. The Sonet will receive updated switches, control panels and the dashboard design.
Kia Sonet Facelift: Engine Specs
The Sonet will retain its multiple engine and transmissions from the current model. The entry-level variants will be powered by the 1.2-litre NA petrol with 82bhp and 115Nm and mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Then there is the 1-litre turbo with an output of 118bhp and 172Nm and two transmission options — a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and a 6-speed clutchless manual.
The Sonet will continue to offer a 114bhp 1.5-litre diesel engine with 250Nm and will offer either a 6-speed clutchless manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission options.
Like any Kia vehicle, the Sonet will be packed with safety features and the 2024 version is expected to come standard with 6 airbags while the top trims could offer an ADAS suite like the Hyundai Venue.
