Upcoming launches in December: Skoda Kylaq
Launch: December 2Â

The Kylaq is the most affordable compact vehicle in Skoda India’s lineup. The SUV sticks to the Czech Republic car marker’s design language with a split headlight and a butterfly front grille. In many ways, the Kylaq comes across as a mini Kushaq. The sub 4 metre SUV’s complete price list will be revealed on December 2 along with opening bookings. Currently, Skoda has only announced that the SUV will start from Rs 7.89 lakh, ex-showroom. The cabin features a dual-tone colour scheme. The top model includes a 10.1-inch infotainment system, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, and rear air conditioner vents.
The Kylaq is expected to receive a 5-star safety rating like the Slavia and Kushaq. It is equipped with over 25 standard safety features, including six airbags, traction and stability control, anti-lock brakes, Electronic Brake Distribution, Brake Disc Wiping, Roll Over Protection, Motor Slip Regulation, Electronic Differential Lock, passenger airbag deactivation, Multi-Collision Braking, ISOFIX seats, and more.
The Kylaq comes with a single-engine option. It is powered by a 1-litre TSI engine, delivering 114 bhp and 178 Nm of torque. The compact SUV offers two transmission choices — a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
Upcoming launches in December: Honda Amaze
Launch: December 4

Maruti Suzuki Dzire’s rival the all-new Honda Amaze is all set to make its debut on December 4. It is a new-generation sedan which has a touch of luxury with a hint of sportiness. As radical as the official sketches look, the spy images reveal that the new Amaze sports a big honeycomb front grille with a thick chrome strip double barrels LED headlights. Honda has introduced curves and has given the big boot to the boxy design and does resemble the City, especially the LED tail lamps and boot lid.
The Amaze gets dual-tone interiors with a floating infotainment system, a new three-spoke steering wheel and a semi-digital instrument cluster. The safety package will include 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP and a rear parking camera.
The Amaze will be powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol powertrain with a 5-speed manual transmission and a CVT automatic.
Upcoming launches in December: Toyota Camry
Launch: December 11

Toyota will be launching the all-new Camry, which made its global debut in November last year. Similar to the current model, the new-generation Camry will be locally assembled in India using Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits. The Camry now sports a look that could easily be mistaken for a Lexus, with a sportier edge. Up front, the sleeker grille, newly designed LED headlights with integrated DRLs, and a reworked bumper with wider air intakes give it a dynamic stance. At the rear, the wraparound LED taillights, subtle rear lip spoiler, reworked diffuser, and dual-tip exhaust give the Camry an added dose of sporty flair.
The cabin is packed with features like wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, USB-A and USB-C ports, wireless charging, a 9-speaker JBL audio system, an in-built WiFi and 4G and over-the-air updates. It also has ventilated seats available and Level 2 ADAS.
The new Camry retains the same 2.5-litre hybrid and has hybrid technology with two permanent magnet synchronous electric motors at the front axle. It churns out 222 bhp.
