Tata Tiago NRG: Exterior updates
The trapezoidal blacked-out inserts over the air intake vents adds muscle to the hatchback. A faux silver-coloured skid plate further accentuates the stance of the small hatch. In comparison, the standard Tiago gets chrome-finished air dams and fog lights. The sporty appeal of the Tiago NRG is carried over to the side profile as well with thick plastic claddings on the wheel arches and door sills.

The dual-tone alloy wheels with black and chrome inserts are also a new addition. At the rear, the tailgate gets a black plaque while the bumper houses a silver-coloured faux skid plate. Other noticeable visual highlights include a blacked-out roof with black roof rails, blacked-out ORVMs and door handles, and tinted windows. The rest of the exterior remains unchanged.
Tata Tiago NRG: Interior updates
Inside the cabin of the 2025 Tiago NRG, the changes are more evident. The biggest update is a free-standing 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment screen. This system now supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. The other big change is Tata’s new two-spoke steering wheel featuring an illuminated compact logo at the centre.

The semi-digital instrument cluster layout remains unchanged but the central MID has grown in size. The AC vents have also been revised. Lastly, the seats are wrapped in charcoal black fabric upholstery making it an all-black cabin.
Tata Tiago NRG: Powertrain specs
Mechanically, the Tiago NRG remains identical to the standard Tiago. This means it derives its power from a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine delivering 85 bhp and 113 Nm of peak torque. In the CNG guise, the same motor puts out 74.4 bhp and 95.5 Nm of peak torque. Transmission duties are carried out either by a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT.
