Tata Motors has trimmed down the variants of the Harrier for 2025, and the SUV is now available in six variants compared to 11 that were on sale earlier. The 2025 Tata Harrier is priced at Rs 15 lakh onwards, and the top-spec variant costs Rs 25.94 lakh, ex-showroom. Below are the pricing details of each variant.

While there have been changes to the pricing and variant names, the 2025 Tata Harrier will continue to be powered by the same 2.0-litre diesel engine that makes 168bhp and 350Nm of peak torque. Gearbox options will include a manual and an automatic torque converter.
