2024 Nissan Magnite launched at Rs 5.99 lakh

Nissan has updated the Magnite and it is available at an introductory price starting from Rs 5.99 lakh for the first 10,000 buyers. The Magnite retains its 1-litre naturally aspirated and 1-litre turbo petrol engine. The SUV is available in six variants, and this is also the first time that the Japanese manufacturer confirmed that export of left-hand drive Magnite.

2024 Nissan Magnite: Design

Nissan has given a touch-up job to the Magnite which looks premium and aggressive. The front grille comes with new thick chrome inserts and a chunky silver-coloured front bumper. The SUV retains its chiseled-looking LED headlights, DRLs and fog lamps. Its gets a new set of 16-inch alloy wheels and additional silver cladding on the lower part of the doors with prominent character lines. The rear remains the same with its clean design along with silver finish bumpers. Nissan has redesigned the LED tail lamps.

2024 Nissan Magnite: Interiors

The Magnite gets lively Sunrise Copper Orange finish interiors that complement the Lamborghini-inspired hexagonal air condition vents. The design of the dashboard remains the same though the steering wheel is all blacked out. 

The 2024 version gets some new goodies like a brand key, a switch on the AC before stepping inside the cabin, soft-touch leatherette dashboard and door panels, Type-C charging ports, cabin air purifier and a 360-degree camera. The Magnite comes standard with 6 airbags.

2024 Nissan Magnite: Engines, Price

The 2024 Magnite retains the 1-litre 71 bhp and 96 Nm NA petrol engine and the 1-litre 99bhp turbo petrol engine with 160 Nm of torque. The former is paired with a 5-speed manual or AMT while the latter has a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT automatic. The Magnite takes on the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra 3X0 and Maruti Suzuki Fronx.
