Mahindra launched the 2024 XUV700 in India a few days ago, priced at Rs 13.99 lakh ex-showroom. The updated XUV700 looks identical to last year’s model in design, however, there are numerous new or updated features under the skin. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new with the 2024 Mahindra XUV700.
Design and exterior
The Mahindra XUV700’s standout feature is its design and the 2024 version gets no changes made to it, however, Mahindra has introduced a new Napoli Black colour scheme. The grille, roof racks, and alloy wheels are finished in this colour, giving it a dark theme, and giving the SUV more character. Also, there are other paint schemes on offer while the the SUV is available in a dual-tone paint finish with a Napoli Black roof.
Interior and features

The new XUV700 AX7 & AX7L variants get their aircon vents finished in dark chrome. That said, the top variants get captain seats at the rear, ventilated seats, and ORVMs with a memory function. The infotainment system gets updates as well.
The XUV700’s Adrenox suite gets 13 additional functions, taking connected car features to a total of 83 features. Also, the M lens lets users scan buttons and get to know their functionality immediately. This comprehensive suite of features is available across the AX3, AX5, AX7, and AX7L variants.
Engine and gearbox
The 2024 Mahindra XUV700 gets no changes to the engine and the SUV will be offered with the same 197bhp 2.0-litre petrol engine, a 2.2-litre 153bhp diesel engine, and the same diesel engine with 182bhp. Gearbox choices also remain the same with a manual and an automatic torque converter on offer.
