After making its international debut last year, Jeep will bring the facelifted iteration of Wrangler to India soon. The Italian-American brand will launch the off-roading beast in a new avatar on 22 April 2024. The Wrangler is now available as a locally assembled CKD import in India. As part of the update, the 2024 Wrangler gets a refreshed styling and new features.
2024 Jeep Wrangler facelift: Exterior updates
The exterior updates on the new Wrangler include a revised seven-slatted blacked-out front grille which now has textured black slots with grey metallic bezels, and a body-colour surround. The grille is flanked by classical round headlamps. There are as many 10 alloy wheel designs on offer with sizes ranging from 17-20 inches.

In addition, there are multiple roof options available including the standard soft top, a body-coloured hard top, a black hard top, a combination of a hard and soft top, a Sunrider top that just opens up for the front passengers and a dual-door group with half doors. The India-spec model, however, is likely to come with only selected alloy wheel and roof options.
2024 Jeep Wrangler facelift: Interior & feature updates
Inside the cabin, the 2024 Wrangler gets a slightly updated dashboard layout housing a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system standard across all variants. Tis unit is powered by Jeep’s Uconnect 5 system, which integrates several connected car features including the Trails Offroad guide embedded with 62 well-known off-road functionalities.
Other notable features on offer include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, dual-zone climate control, 12-way powered front seats, and a new semi-digital instrument panel to name a few.

2024 Jeep Wrangler facelift: Powertrain specs
Powering the Jeep Wrangler will be the same 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that pushes out 267 bhp and 400 Nm of peak torque. Power is transferred to all four wheels via an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission via a low-range transfer case with Jeep’s Selec-Trac full-time AWD system as standard.
