Ahead of its debut later this month, Hyundai has opened booking for the 2024 Creta facelift. Interested buyers can book the facelifted Creta with an initial booking amount of Rs 25,000 at any Hyundai Dealership across India or by visiting the company’s official India website.
Further, existing Creta booking holders will have an option to convert their booking to the new Creta. First launched in India in July 2015, this is the first major update to the second-gen model of the compact mid-size SUV ever since it was launched in February 2020. The upcoming iteration of Creta will make its debut on 16 January 2024.

Hyundai Creta facelift variants & colour options
The new Hyundai Creta will be available across seven trims– E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, SX (O). The Korean carmaker will offer the compact mid-size SUV in as many colour options– six mono-tone and one dual-tone options– including Robust Emerald Pearl (new), Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey, and Atlas White with Black Roof (dual-tone).
Hyundai Creta facelift new design
The facelifted Creta is based on the latest iteration of Hyundai’s global design language of ‘Sensuous Sportiness’. Up front, the new Creta gets a redesigned grille with a parametric jewel theme flanked by new horizon LED positioning lamps and DRLs and quad beam LED headlamps.

At the rear, it gets a redesigned tailgate featuring connected taillights housing H-shaped LED elements. It also gets a new rear bumper which houses a muscular bash plate. Other visual highlights include a shark fin antenna, a roof-mounted spoiler, rear wiper, and brake lamp on top.
Hyundai Creta facelift interiors revealed
Hyundai has also given a sneak peek into the cabin of the new Creta. The updated interiors of the facelifted Creta gets a completely new dashboard design featuring a twin screen layout for the touchscreen infotainment and a fully digital instrument console. Further, it gets revised horizontal AC vents with gloss black finish positioned below and beside the infotainment system.

The revised HVAC controls appear to be touch-sensitive. Hyundai has adopted a dual-tone theme for the cabin with beige and black interior shades. We also expect feature upgrades such as 360-degree parking camera, and Level ADAS 2.
Hyundai Creta facelift powertrain options
Hyundai will offer the new Creta with three engine options— 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol, 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel, and a 1.5-litre Kappa Turbo GDi petrol. The 1.5L NA petrol unit puts out 114 bhp and 144 Nm of peak torque while the oil burner delivers 114 bhp and 250 Nm.
The 1.5L turbocharged petrol mill, comes in place of the defunct 1.4-litre turbo petrol unit, and generates 158 bhp and 253 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options will include a six-speed manual, a six-speed automatic, a CVT automatic, a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic, and a six-speed clutchless manual.
