The next big update is the instrument cluster, which is now a TFT unit. This replaces the LCD dash from the current-generation model. The motorcycle remains to be built around a trellis frame and rides on 17-inch wheels front and rear. The entry-level variant continues to ride on wire-spoke wheels while the higher variants ride on alloy wheels. The Hero Mavrick gets disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS. The engine also remains the same — a 440cc, air and oil-cooled motor that makes 27bhp and 36Nm of torque, mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slip-assisted clutch.
