Kawasaki has unleashed the 2025 Ninja 300 at Rs 3.43 lakh, ex-showroom. The entry-level sports bike retains the mechanicals from its previous version, but the 2025 model has some important updates. The Ninja 300 is available in three colour schemes — the iconic Lime Green, Candy Lime Green Type 3 and the Metallic Moondust Gray. Let’s take a closer look at what the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja is all about.
2025 Kawasaki Ninja 300: New updates
At a glance, the 2025 Ninja 300 may not come across as a new model, but take a closer look and you realise it has a brand new set of projector headlights. It would have been better if it came with LED lights. The cowl looks a lot more aggressive and sharper thanks to the new headlights. The silhouette and the typical fairings give the Ninja 300 an imposing road presence and add to its dynamism.
The 2025 Ninja 300 sports a taller windshield, which reminds us of its elder sibling, ZX-10R, while the rear has a clean look, but the grab rail is very basic. The suspension system is also fairly basic as it is equipped with non-adjustable 37 mm telescopic front forks and a Bottom-Link Uni Trak rear suspension.
It comes with a smart heat management design as the radiator fan cover is located behind the radiator so that the hot air is pushed down and away from the rider.
2025 Kawasaki Ninja 300: Engine Specifications
The 2025 Ninja continues to be powered by a 296 cc liquid-cooled, parallel twin with an output of 39 bhp at 11,000 rpm and 26.1 Nm of torque at 10,000 rpm. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The Ninja 300 has a ground clearance of 140 mm and a seat height of 780 mm. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with a 290 mm front petal disc and a 220 mm petal disc at the rear.
The Ninja 300 will go head-to-head against the Yamaha R3, which costs Rs 3.60 lakh and the KTM RC 390 at Rs 3.23 lakh, all ex-showroom.
