Hero XPulse 210

Next up is the XPulse. The entry-level off-reader was a great motorcycle, but its underpowered engine was a let down. Now, the XPulse in the form of the 210, gets its heart from the Karizma XMR and the 210cc liquid-cooled engine makes a healthy 25bhp, giving the motorcycle enough grunt on or off the road. Also, along with the updated engine comes a 6-peed gearbox, giving the XPulse more capability on highways as well.
Hero Karizma XMR 250

Staying with Hero MotoCorp, the Karizma XMR 250 comes next. When Hero relaunched the Karizma name in India, expectations were high for the company as well as customers, but sadly, both were disappointed. Now, Hero’s latest Karizma brings a sharper design and a new 250cc liquid-cooled engine, taking the fight to many motorcycles in the segment, including KTM. The India launch is expected soon and the pricing is expected to be competitive as well.
Hero Xtreme 250R

Still with Hero MotoCorp and this time, it’s the Xtreme 250R. The Xtreme range, which consists of the 125, 160, and 200 have been popular motorcycles and now with the launch of the Xtreme 250R, Hero’s again knocking at KTM’s door. The motorcycle gets the same engine as the new Karizma XMR 250 which makes 30bhp, and its sharp styling is sure to gain popularity.
Aprilia Tuono 457

Based on the same platform as the Aprilia RS 457, the Tuono 457 comes dressed for the streets. The biggest difference is the lack of a full fairing and a slightly relaxed rider’s triangle, while all other components are shared, including the suspension setup, electronics, and the sweet-sounding 457cc parallel-twin engine. The Aprilia Tuono 457 is expected to be showcased at India Bike Week, similar to the Aprilia RS 457 from last year.
