Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI) has launched an updated iteration of SP 125 in the country. The 2025 SP 125 continues to be available in two variants: Drum and Disc, priced at Rs 91,771 and Rs 1,00,284 (both ex-showroom), respectively. Compared to the outgoing model, the Drum variant is Rs 4,303 more expensive, while the Disc variant is Rs 8,532 more expensive.
Speaking on this launch, Yogesh Mathur, Director, Sales and Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, said, “The SP125 has consistently been the most favoured motorcycle in its category, and with this latest upgrade, we have further enhanced its style, performance, and convenience.”
2025 Honda SP 125: What’s new?
The design of the Honda SP 125 remains unchanged. The 125cc commuter bike is available in five new colour options namely Pearl Igneous Black, Matt Axis Grey Metallic, Pearl Siren Blue, Imperial Red Metallic, and Matt Marvel Blue Metallic. That said, the latest version of SP 125 gets a new all-LED headlamp and taillamp. The extended tank shrouds have been revised and give the bike a slightly more aggressive look.

In terms of features, the SP 125 now gets a 4.2-inch TFT display which now packs Bluetooth connectivity, and USB C-type charging port. However, the biggest addition is turn-by-turn navigation and voice assistance which can be accessed via Honda RoadSync app.
2025 Honda SP 125: Specifications
Powering the Honda SP 125 is a 124cc, single-cylinder engine which is now OBD2B compliant to meet the upcoming government regulations. This engine continues to push out a similar peak output of 10.72 bhp and 10.9 Nm of torque. Transmission duties are carried out by a six-speed gearbox. It also comes with an idling stop system that help improve fuel efficiency.
The motorcycle maintains its original hardware. It rolls on 17-inch front and rear alloy wheels that are sprung on telescopic front forks and dual rear springs. Weighing in at 116kg (kerb weight), it boasts a fuel tank capacity of 11.2 liters.
