Hero MotoCorp is ramping up its scooter range by updating the Destini 125. Team BHP posted leaked images of the scooter before the official launch. The Destini 125 will go up against the Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Access 125, TVS Jupiter 125 and Yamaha Fascino 125. Based on the images, the updated Destini 125 will be a major design revision.
2024 Hero Destini 125: What’s new?
Hero has restyled the Destini 125 making it look more premium and contemporary. The scooter continues to sport a dual-tone colour combination with copper inserts around the headlamps area. The copper highlights are also on the mirrors, body panel and around the tail lamps. Hero has removed the triangular headlights and has replaced it with a sleeker-looking set. The new Destini also sports a new set of alloy wheels, a metal exhaust heat cover and a new LED headlight. The Destini 125 will come in a new colour — black and brown combination.
2024 Hero Destini 125: Engine and Hardware
Mechanically, the 2024 Destini 125 remains the same as it continues to be powered by a 124.6cc air-cooled 4-stroke engine with an output of 9 bhp at 7,000rpm and 10.4 Nm at 5,500rpm. Destini 125 will come with a front disc brake and front telescopic forks.
The current Destini 125 is available in two variants, the LX and XTEC. The former is priced at Rs 80,048 and the latter at Rs 86,538, ex-showroom.Â
