ONGC board to consider 1:1 bonus issue on Dec 16
ONGC said on Tuesday its board would meet on December 16 to consider bonus share issue, stock split and payment of a special dividend ahead of a planned share sale. The board would consider issuing one bonus share for every one held and splitting one stock into two, the company stated.
SAIL follow-on public offer likely by Feb
SAIL?s first phase of its follow-on public offer of shares is expected to hit the market by February, a top official in the steel ministry said. ?It should happen by February next year,” steel secretary PK Mishra said on the sidelines of an industry event Tuesday. The steel ministry had earlier said the first of the two phases of the 20% stake sale in SAIL, to raise Rs 8,000 crore, would happen by Dec-end.

Usher Agro prices QIP issue at Rs 92.62
Leading rice miller Usher Agro QIP issue closed on Tuesday and the company has fixed to allot it at a price of Rs 92.62, including a premium of Rs 82.62. The company will allot 107,96,800 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each to the successful bidders.
