RCB countered at 3.2 crore, valuing Krunal’s finishing ability with the bat alongside his bowling. The competition heated up as the bid crossed 4 crore, with RCB and RR vying for the allrounder. RR, despite having Theekshana and Hasaranga, sought an Indian spinner and continued to push.

At 5.75 crore, RCB edged ahead, securing Krunal. LSG, holding the RTM option, decided not to exercise it, finalizing Krunal’s move to Bangalore.

Marco Jansen enters the auction at INR 1.25 crore, with Mumbai Indians opening the bidding. Punjab Kings quickly join the fray, pushing the bid to INR 2 crore. Gujarat Titans also jump in, adding to the competition for the left-arm swing bowler. The battle intensifies between PBKS and GT, with the bid rapidly climbing past INR 5 crore. Punjab Kings eventually secure Jansen for INR 7 crore, outbidding Gujarat Titans in a fast-paced contest.

England all-rounder Sam Curran is initially greeted by silence, but Chennai Super Kings quickly open the bidding, recognizing their need for an overseas all-rounder and finisher. Lucknow Super Giants enter the bidding, but CSK reclaim the lead at INR 2.4 crore. Despite a potential RTM challenge from Punjab Kings, who ultimately decide against buying him back, Curran is sold to CSK. A bargain buy for the franchise.

Washington Sundar enters at INR 2 crore, sparking an awkward silence until Gujarat Titans make the first bid. Lucknow Super Giants quickly join the bidding war, but GT secures the all-rounder at INR 3.2 crore, adding him to their squad alongside SRK and Sai Sudharsan.

Shardul Thakur enters at INR 2 crore, but there are no bids from CSK or any other franchises. The all-rounder goes unsold, surprising many given his previous IPL performances.

At 40, Faf du Plessis continues to attract attention, and Delhi Capitals secure him at his base price of INR 2 crore. Despite no RTM bid from RCB, du Plessis heads to his new IPL franchise.

West Indies T20I captain Rovman Powell, listed at INR 1.5 crore, is sold to Kolkata Knight Riders after a brief bidding war. The all-rounder, who captained Royals in CPL, returns to his original IPL franchise.
