Net FDI seen at 4-year high of $15 billion in FY27
India's net foreign direct investment is predicted to rise in the current financial year due to a surge in gross inflows and a decrease in repatriation outflows. Economists forecast a four-year peak of $15 billion in net FDI inflows in FY27, with gross FDI inflows reaching a record high of $94.8 billion in FY26. Outbound investments by Indian companies will remain high, adding strain on net FDI.
