Tata Consultancy Services

A US appeals court upheld $194.2 million in damages against Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in a major blow to its trade secrets battle with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), now part of DXC Technology. In a regulatory filing dated November 21, TCS said the appellate court affirmed the damages imposed by the US District Court but vacated the permanent injunction that had restricted TCS from using certain CSC materials

Hindustan Unilever

Kwality Wall’s (India), a cream and frozen desserts company in India, announced the constitution of its board of directors, ahead of its demerger from Hindustan Unilever (HUL) on December 1. The company also said that it would accelerate growth through strategic pivots, a strong snacking portfolio straddling across the price spectrum, global brand access, and innovative formats & technology.

Adani Enterprises

Adani Enterprises’ joint venture company AdaniConneX has acquired a 100% stake in Trade Castle Tech Park Pvt Ltd for Rs 234.31 crore. In an exchange filing, Adani Enterprises said that the object of the acquisition is to set up infrastructure facilities. Furthermore, the company stated that Trade Castle Tech Park is yet to commence any commercial operations as it was set up in October 2023. It owns a sizeable land parcel and has secured key licenses to commence infrastructure activities, which would be important for AdaniConneX operations.

Groww

Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent company of discount broker Groww, reported a 12% year-on-year increase in its net profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, to Rs 471.3 crore. The company’s total income came in at Rs 1,070.8 crore, up 13% sequentially but nearly 8% lower YoY. Its average daily turnover for the cash segment rose from 17.7% to 25.8%, while that for the derivatives segment increased from 10.7% to 17.3% on a year-on-year basis.

Mahindra & Mahindra

Mahindra & Mahindra said it has finalised the acquisition of the remaining 43% stake in Mahindra – BT Investment Company (Mauritius) (MBTICM) for Rs 66.33 crore. The company completed the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement with BT Holdings (BTHL) and MBTICM on November 21, 2025.

Samvardhana Motherson

A German subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd, Motherson Sequencing and Assembly Services Global Group GmbH, has been penalised by Finanzamt Karlsruhe Stadt for the delayed payment of VAT and payroll taxes for September 2025. The taxes, due on October 10, were paid late, prompting the authority to impose a penalty of €56,319 (about Rs 57.69 lakh).

Rail Vikas Nigam

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) said it has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a Northern Railway project involving the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of overhead equipment (OHE) modification and feeder wire work of a 2×25 kV traction system. The project, to be executed in the normal course of business, will be completed over 24 months. It has a total cost of Rs 180.77 crore, including applicable taxes. The contract does not involve any promoter or promoter group interest, nor does it fall under related party transactions.

NBCC India

NBCC India said it has been awarded a work order worth approximately Rs 45.09 crore by Canara Bank for the construction of the official premises of its regional/circle office building in Ranchi, in Jharkhand. The order was received in the normal course of business and involves project management consultancy (PMC) services.

HG Infra Engineering

HG Infra Engineering said it has been declared the L1 bidder jointly with Kalpataru Projects International Ltd by the Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation (MMRCL) for a major metro infrastructure project in Thane. The companies participated as a joint venture, with HG Infra Engineering holding a 40% share and Kalpataru Projects International holding a 60% share. The estimated project cost stands at Rs 1,424 crore, while the bid project cost submitted by the joint venture is Rs 1,415 crore, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Natco Pharma

Natco Pharma said the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has concluded its inspection of the company’s active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing facility in Manali, Chennai. The inspection, carried out on November 17-21, resulted in seven Form 483 observations. The company said the observations are procedural in nature and that it is confident of addressing them comprehensively.
